Introduction Hextrace LTD (“Company,” “we,” “us”) provides asset recovery services to assist individuals and businesses in reclaiming lost or stolen assets. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Services Hextrace LTD will use its expertise and resources to recover lost digital or physical assets. While we employ industry best practices, recovery success is not guaranteed.
Payment Terms All payments are required upfront before service initiation. We do not operate on a contingency or “no recovery, no fee” basis. Fees are non-negotiable and will be determined based on the complexity of the case.
Refund Policy Due to the nature of asset recovery, all payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. Refunds will only be considered if Hextrace LTD is unable to begin recovery efforts within 14 business days of payment. Any refund requests must be submitted in writing.
Client Responsibilities Clients must provide accurate and complete information regarding the lost assets. False or misleading information may result in service termination without a refund.
Limitation of Liability Hextrace LTD is not liable for any indirect losses, including financial damages or missed opportunities, resulting from unsuccessful recovery efforts.By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
